Being a part of Saekyung Group, the design team not only focuses on aesthetics but on efficiency. The team was given a task to build an affordable condominium in the Philippines, where the income level of the general population is low. From designing, to permitting, and finally to construction managing, our team worked tirelessly to maximize the “bang for the buck”. As a result, SK Village One has the best benefit for cost in the housing market, where anyone with a job can afford.
세경그룹의 일원으로써 세경유닛레스㈜ 에서는디자인의 미학적인 요소에 초점을 맞추는 동시에 경제성과 효율성 또한 중점을 두었습니다. 첫 번째 프로젝트는소득 수준이 낮은 필리핀 세부에 공동 주택을 건설하는 것이었습니다. “건축 설계에서부터 허가, 그리고 건설”에 이르기까지 끊임없는 노력으로 최고의 가치를 창출할수 있었습니다. 결과적으로, 주택시장에서 가장 실용적이고경제적인 공동 주택을 지을 수 있었습니다.
The Design
Every component of the design was scrutinized to maximize the efficiency of the build. The team worked very closely with the construction crew to make sure that the build process would be without any challenge. The general design was kept to be very minimalistic while providing all the essential elements for a comfortable life.
프로젝트의 모든 디자인은 경제성과 효율성을극대화하기 위해 설계의 각 구성 요소에 대한 면밀한 조사를 거쳐 시공사와의 긴밀한 협업을 통해 현지에서 실현가능한 공법을 바탕으로 이루어졌습니다. 또한 거주하는 사람들의 쾌적한 생활을 위한 기능을 제공하는 데에 중점을 두었습니다.
